The service
Tracework, operated by Saga Build AS, is a manual creator-protection and audit service. The scope, timing, evidence needed and payment details are agreed before work begins.
What the pilot covers
Searches focus on publicly available or indexed sources. Tracework may manually verify likely matches, identify appropriate reporting or takedown routes, assist with agreed actions and record outcomes.
The pilot does not involve access to hacked or private accounts. It does not include private groups or channels unless that access is explicitly introduced and agreed as a future service.
Limits and outcomes
- Tracework cannot guarantee complete coverage of the web.
- Tracework cannot guarantee that every unauthorized copy will be found.
- Tracework cannot guarantee removal by a host, platform or search engine.
Removal at the source and search-engine delisting are different outcomes. A delisted search result may still exist on the original website, and each outcome is recorded separately.
Your authority and responsibilities
You must have the right or authority to request action concerning the submitted content. Tracework may ask for reasonable evidence of ownership or authority and may decline a case that cannot responsibly be handled or where that authority cannot be established.
Do not submit passwords, private files, explicit source files or unnecessary sensitive personal information through the public request form.
Pilot pricing
The prices shown on the site are one-time pricing experiments for the current pilot. Scope and payment details are confirmed before work begins. Submitting the request form does not start paid work or create a recurring subscription.
