Who operates Tracework
Tracework is operated by Saga Build AS.
Information the public form collects
When you request an audit, the form may collect:
- your creator or stage name;
- your email address;
- your main public profile URL;
- additional public handles;
- the type of issue you are concerned about; and
- an optional URL you already know about.
The public form does not accept files. Do not submit passwords, private files, explicit source files or unnecessary sensitive personal information through it.
How the information is used
We use submitted information to:
- review whether Tracework can responsibly handle the request;
- contact the requester about scope and next steps;
- perform the requested audit or service if the requester proceeds; and
- maintain necessary records relating to the request or service.
During this pilot, Tracework searches publicly available and indexed sources. Any additional evidence needed for an agreed service is requested separately.
Service providers and data sharing
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect this form from automated abuse. Cloudflare processes technical browser and network signals for this security check. Submitted requests are stored on our hosted server and sent to our Saga Build mailbox for review.
Tracework does not sell personal data. Reasonable third-party infrastructure or service providers may process information where necessary to operate the website, communicate with requesters or provide the agreed service. They should receive only the information needed for that purpose.
How long information is kept
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the request, the service, legal or accounting requirements, or legitimate operational records. A fixed retention period has not been stated for this pilot.
